FRANCE: why no agreement will ever be achieved with the unions

The structure of the unions in France is the main problem of the country. As long as there is no law that define a normal structure like any other normal country in the world, the citizens life will be impossible.

there is no wonder that strikes never ends in France, and negotiation are rarely successful. The whole structure of the unions is the problem. In a normal country a company has a union of its own worker or a group of worker (say journalists for example) are united under a single roof (union).

In France however unions are competeing with each other, there are several unions for the same profession, several unions in the same company and the government has to negotiate with them all. while one is accepting the other is refusing the government offer and nothing is moving.

The government could stop this by creating a law to define the structure of the unions, so that it can be easier to solve future debates in a normal manne, because the competition between the unions is becoming an unsolvable problem. Redefining the structures of the unions will allow simplification of negotiation and prevent militants like the guy with the long hair that covers the funny ears to rule this country and make the citizen lives impossible.
