Marseille is a city without law and order, crazy driver, dirth, crime in the streets. the authorities does not exist and a very good example is the way the Marseillais park.
The Marseillais park everywhere, actually he/she doesn't really bother to park, they simply abandon their cars wherever there is a place. If its in the middle of the buss lane fine, on a traffic island no problems, on the pavement, why not let the pedestrian walk on the road and handle the crazy drivers. Its dangerous and nobody does anything, The mayor has been re-elected and everything is still the same.

I like your video, although I find it a bit too long; in my opinion, you should would not have insisted so much on filming the immatriculation plates; french drivers would hate you afterwards. And it is free lunch for the police! But the end is real fun with the police car badly parked and its drivers waiting for their sandwiches.
