Continuing daylight robbery

Something is stinking in the business of printers and ink cartridges, its not new but its still a daylight robbery, that courts support on the back of the consumers.

HP Photosmart printer cost in FNAC 79 Euro the package includes 1 color ink cartridge and 1 black ink cartridge. Not far from there you can find that the color ink cartridge costs 44 Euro and the Black cartridge cost 35 Euro. Does that mean that the printer is free ? or that the printer doesn’t worth a cent ? The Ink business is a money sucker there is no way a little plastic box with some ink inside worth 44 euro !! and in the past several companies tried to compete with HP producing their own cartridges for HP printers that costs a lot less which means its possible to reduce the cost. However HP went to court and court decided that HP has copyrights, copy rights on what ? on ink ? on the plastic container ? no on the little electrical circuit on the back of the cartridge. This way the court gave HP and other printer manufacturer the right to abuse their consumer charging fortune on something that should by right costs 20% of the original price, and gave HP a permission to rob their customers. This is just another example how a rich company abusing the terms of patents and copyrights and the consumer is totally forgotten.
